How it works
Fill the steam generator with water, connect the hose, and plug it in. After 5–10 minutes the cabin warms up and fills with steam. Internal temperatures can reach approximately 55°C, with humidity approaching 100%, creating the same physiological effect as an 80°C dry sauna. Control time and temperature easily via the included remote.
Recommended session duration:
15–30 minutes, depending on comfort, heat tolerance, and physical condition.

Safety & precautions
- Always fill the tank above the 0.3L mark to prevent overheating
- Do not use the steam generator for more than 60 minutes continuously

- Stop or ventilate immediately if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable
