Usage & instructions

BEFORE USE

Use only on clean, dry skin
Choose the appropriate head
Start at low intensity (level 1–2)
Fully charge before first use

DURING USE

Move slowly over the muscle (30–60 seconds per area)
Avoid bones, joints, and sensitive areas
Do not exceed 15 minutes per full session

HEAT / COLD USAGE

Heat: ideal before workouts, mobility sessions, or for tight muscles.
Max 5 minutes per area
Cold: ideal post-training or for swelling/inflammation
Max 5 minutes per area

Let the device cool for 10 minutes between hot/cold cycles.
All functions shut off automatically after 15 minutes.
