HOW TO USE (with or without Chiller)
- Assemble the support frame and insert the liner.
- Connect the drainage valves and fill the tub with water.
- Add ice or connect your Revive+ Chiller for automated temperature control.
- Allow the bath to reach your preferred temperature (typically between 3°C–10°C for athletes).
- Immerse slowly and maintain proper breathing throughout your session.
RECOMMENDED SESSIONS
- 2–10 minutes for beginners
- Up to 15 minutes for experienced users
- Ideal after training, in the morning, or during moments of stress
