RETURN & REFUND POLICY – REVIVE+

General Policy

Revive+ strives to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, this Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned or refunded.

This policy applies to all purchases made through the website www.reviveplus.eu.

Return Period

Revive+ offers a 30-day return period starting from the day the product is delivered.

Within this period customers may request a return for eligible products.

In addition, consumers located in the European Union benefit from a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, as required under European consumer protection legislation.

This means that EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving the goods without providing a reason.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
include all original accessories and components
be returned in its original packaging
be accompanied by proof of purchase

Products that show clear signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

Revive+ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return request, customers must first contact our customer support.

Return requests must be submitted via email to:

The following information may be requested:

order number
description of the issue or reason for return
photos or videos of the product (if applicable)
product serial number or batch number where available

Once the return request has been reviewed, customers will receive further instructions regarding the return process.

Products sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, the direct cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is the result of an error by Revive+ (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item), Revive+ will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping service when returning products.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Customers should inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If a product is received damaged, defective or incorrect, customers must contact Revive+ as soon as possible so the issue can be evaluated and resolved.

Revive+ may offer a replacement, repair or refund depending on the circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including but not limited to:

products that have been used or damaged after delivery
personal hygiene products once opened
custom-made or personalized items
gift cards
products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions where indicated

Exchanges

Revive+ currently does not process direct exchanges.

If you wish to obtain a different product, the original product must first be returned and approved. After the return has been accepted, a new order can be placed.

Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, customers will be notified whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after the return has been approved.

Please note that financial institutions or credit card providers may require additional time to process the transaction.

EU Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days after receiving the goods without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify Revive+ of their decision to withdraw from the purchase before the withdrawal period expires.

Products must then be returned within 14 days after notification.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Refund of Shipping Costs

When the right of withdrawal is exercised within the legal 14-day period, Revive+ will reimburse all payments received from the customer, including the cost of standard delivery.

Additional delivery costs resulting from the customer choosing a more expensive shipping method than the standard option will not be refunded.
